This page explains, in general terms, how WebLeash handles information. Specific data handling arrangements for a customer deployment are agreed and documented during onboarding.
Information we handle
When you use the demo on this site, the messages you type are sent to the WebLeash backend so a reply can be generated. If you submit an enquiry form, we receive the details you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, business name and message.
Why we handle it
To respond to your enquiry, to operate and improve the receptionist product, and to contact you about a demo you have requested.
Customer deployments
Where WebLeash runs on a customer's website, the customer decides what the receptionist collects and how enquiries are used. We'll explain the data handling and configuration during onboarding so it fits your own obligations.
